        NOTE:

•      * Full conference registration also includes a ticket for the conference banquet.

•      * There will be no conference registration refunds after February 15, 2016.

•      * All accepted papers must be presented at the conference.

•      * Authors must be registered for the conference by February 1^st, 2016 or their paper will be withdrawn.

•      * If an author plans to present more than three papers, another co-author will also have to register.
